How To Put On Your Sleeves: Fold the top and/or bottom of the knee sleeve to the outside. Unfold the top and the bottom of the sleeve and straighten the wrinkles. Your fingers should be wedged between the two layers of the sleeve. Optional (if the knee sleeve is still too low): put your fingers (no thumbs) inside the top fold of the sleeve in a hood like position. Pull the sleeve up until the sleeve is over your knee joint. All measurements are recommendations and may vary depending on your body. If your calf is larger than your knee joint by more than 2 cm you may want to size up. Compare your knee joint measurement to the size chart. Measurement Note: Measure the circumference of the knee joint with a plyable tape measure. All measurements are recommendations and may slightly vary. Measurement Note: Measure the circumference of the lower bicep with your arm locked and muscles relaxed. If you are between sizes or unsure what size to get, please email us at Size Measurement Note: All measurements are approximate and may slightly vary.
Measurement Note: If you are between sizes we recommend for you to size up if your legs/quads are larger. The sizing may vary depending on your body and whether you are planning to loose or gain weight. For example, if your waist is 35 inches, you should choose the size Medium as it is in the middle of the range for the size Medium (this way you will have extra belt holes if you lose or gain weight). Pick the size where your waist measurement will be in the middle of the range. Review the size chart carefully as you may be within the range of two sizes. Use this measurement to choose your correct belts size. Do not "suck in", measure in a relaxed state and pull the measuring tape snug against your body. Measurement Note: Measure around your waist with a plyable tape measure. We do our best to keep the size chart as accurate as possible, however, strength athletes come in all shapes and sizes, so please keep in mind that all measurements are approximate and may slightly vary depending on your body composition. Our hoodies are designed for a relaxed fit, so be sure to leave extra room when measuring.
Measurement Note: Chest is measured at the widest part of the chest, just under arms and across shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.
